Watching the trend of online golf stores over the past 3
years has been very exciting to watch. Let me explain – As a golf marketer I
have been monitoring all the online golf shops that have been around and also
new ones that have been popping up. In all I have found just over 72 online
stores and a handful of these stores are doing really well. The rest will sell
little stuff here and there but will never provide an income for the shop
owners – just pocket money!
Most Aussie Golfers enjoy shopping online as they can get
great bargains on golf equipment and also because of the simplicity of finding
the right golf clubs online. Also, the speed of websites and site security has
really improved so golfers feel much more confident buying online. Out of the
72 online golf shops I have found through my research, there are about 5
credible ones that I will mention below and these provide great service, great
pricing and provide 100% money back guarantees on both satisfaction and
authenticity.
Golf Balls Australia
is the oldest online golf shop selling golf balls and sell both used golf balls
and new golf balls. They have the biggest brands online such as the TitleistPro V1X and Srixon Golf Balls as well as Taylormade Rocketballz. You can also
buy bulk golf balls and these are as cheap as 40 cents per golf ball.
Another great online shop is Australian Golf Online who has
been operating their online golf store for the past 8 years. They have a golfwarehouse based in Queensland and are one of the most popular online golf
stores amongst Aussie Golfers. You will find up to 22 of the big golf brands on
their website including Titleist, Nike Golf, Taylormade, Callaway, Wilson,
Cobra and more. They have a “live chat” feature on their website for
negotiating price or if you have any queries.
Golf Coupons is a smart website which features most of the
popular online golf shops such as Golf Online, Golf Balls, Golf Box and Fair
Dinkum Golf. You can find anything golf on the website such as golf carts, golf
shoes, golf apparel, golf balls and golf putters.
For used golf clubs I would definitely check out Fair Dinkum
Golf who is the sister site of Golf Online. They sell golf clubs that are
pre-owned and traded in and some of these drivers have only been used once.
They had a PING G20 golf club for just $90 which was nearly brand new so you
can grab yourself a golf bargain if you check out their site. They also have
used putters, fairway woods and drivers.
So next time you shop online make sure you check out these
golf shops and support Golf Australia whilst saving.
